The house consists of 2 double bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace, a equipped kitchen.
In addition, the property has underfloor heating, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher ...
The house has a fast connection with the urban centers of Cala Millor, Cala Bona and Costa de los Pinos, 1.5 km away. 2.5 km from Cala Bona, 5 km from Son Servera and 500m from the sea.
For golf lovers, there are 4 golf courses in the surroundings, two of them only 5 minutes away by car: Pula Golf and Golf Son Servera and only 10-15 minutes away from Canyamel Golf and Roca Viva Golf
A few meters away from the house one finds the virgin beaches of Sa Marjal, Es Ribell and Es Rajolí with a vegetation of sabines and tamarinds, typical of the East of Majorca.
