Mallorcan country house completely restored with character and located just a few minutes from the town of San Llorenç and Manacor and privacy.

The one-story house in rustic style but comfortable has a living -diningroom, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (1 en suite with shower) and one to share with bathtub. The first bedroom with double bed and the other three with 2 separate beds. It also has a bedroom with separate entrance with two single beds and en suite bathroom with shower and exit to the rear garden.

Outside you can enjoy the private pool, terraces and lawn area with open views to the countryside and surroundings.
