Charming Mallorcan-style holiday home with private pool in a quiet setting, just a short walk from the picturesque village of Búger.

Built in traditional Mallorcan style and clad in stone, this cosy property combines rustic charm with modern comfort. Set on one level, it offers a bright living-dining room, a fully furnished and equipped open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a guest toilet and two double bedrooms: one with a double bed and TV, and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms feature air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort.

Amenities include satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and air conditioning throughout the main rooms.

Outdoors, the property boasts a private 4 x 8 m swimming pool surrounded by lawn, sun loungers and a parasol, a barbecue area, open-air parking and several terraces with garden furniture. Highlights include a cosy covered porch, ideal for al fresco dining, and a relaxing chill-out area to enjoy unforgettable evenings with family or friends.

The location is perfect: within just 15 minutes by car you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches in northern Mallorca, such as Alcúdia, Puerto Pollensa, Playas de Muro or Cas Capellans in Can Picafort. For more extensive shopping and services, the town of Sa Pobla, with supermarkets and all kinds of shops, is only a short drive away.

The charming village of Búger, within walking distance from the house, preserves the authentic Mallorcan atmosphere. With its quiet streets and stone houses, it offers a bakery, stationery shop, several bars, a bank and small local shops. It is the ideal place for a peaceful stroll and to experience the traditional lifestyle of the island. However, we recommend having a car for greater comfort and to explore Mallorca at your leisure.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub, es ist der ideale Ort, weil er in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend mit Blick auf die Berge liegt. Das Dorf Búger ist etwa 30 Minuten zu Fuß oder ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Im Dorf gibt es eine tolle Bäckerei, in der man frühstücken kann, und einen kleinen Laden. Wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, kann man in Sa Pobla einkaufen gehen, dort gibt es mehrere Supermärkte, die etwa 10 Minuten entfernt sind. Wir haben den Außenbereich sehr genossen, der private Pool und der Grillplatz sind großartig. Alles war sehr sauber, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

¡Hemos disfrutado mucho nuestras vacaciones, aunque la próxima vez, intentaremos alargar la estancia, nos ha sabido a poco, volveremos encantados!

Alles super. Es wurde sich um alle Angelegenheiten sehr schnell und gut gekümmert. Das einzige was ich aber zu Haus anmerken möchte ist, dass im Babybett keine Matratze drin war. Es wurden lediglich zwei Sitzkissen verwendet. Das fanden wir nicht so angenehm.

Wir haben dieses kleine, sehr gemütliche Haus geliebt, ideal für ein Paar. Diese Woche war sehr entspannend, wir haben neue Energie getankt, und die Kommunikation mit Planet Villas war sehr gut. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
