Overlooking the castle of Artá and in a small forest of holm oaks and Ullastres (wild olive trees) where the swimming pool is located, we enjoy 'Es Romagueral', a beautiful and idyllic rustic finca with its recently restored house in a refined and elegant yet functional style.
Just a few minutes walk along the same access road to the finca will take you to the village of Artá.
The house is distributed on the same floor with distributor with access to the terrace and porch, dining room next to the equipped kitchen. Living room with a very cosy fireplace, also with access to the terrace. Three double bedrooms all with access to the outside and two bathrooms (one of them en suite).
Outside, next to the swimming pool (8x4m depth 1,60m) there is a barbecue with table and benches where you can spend pleasant evenings both at night and during the day.
Equipped with satellite TV, Wifi Internet, CD and DVD player, safe, washing machine and dishwasher, tumble dryer, fixed barbecue, fireplace, fan, hairdryer, cot and high chair.
Close to Arta is one of the most important site of ruins on the island, a megalithic settlement called Ses Paisses, the larges and most important talayotic site on Mallorca's Eastern flank.
In 10-15 minutes you arrive at the Natural beaches of Artà, “Sa Duaia”, “Cala Torta”, “Cala Estreta”, “Cala Mitjana'. Privileged areas. For golfers the villa is ideally located , in less than five minutes by car we arrive at one of four differents golf courses: Capdepera Golfand Golf Canyamelbetween 10-15 minutes Pula Golfand Golf Son servera.
