Restored finca in a modern style just a few minutes from the village of Muro.
The nearest beaches (15 minutes by car) are Playas de Muro and Can Picafort.

The main house has a living room on the ground floor with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a modern bathroom with hydro massage shower.

On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 2x single beds) and a shared bathroom with bathtub.

Outside there is an enclosed barbecue with living / dining room with plasma TV and equipped with dishwasher, oven, grill, worktop, refrigerator and microwave.

The private swimming pool is surrounded by grass and overlooks the countryside in a quiet area. The pool lighting is operated by remote control and colour matching.
